This Privacy Policy explains how Agency Automation LLC, doing business as GameDay (“GameDay,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects personal information through gameday.agency, portal.gameday.agency (together, the “Sites”), our application process, and our creator network services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Application details, such as your name, email, phone number, social media handles, confirmation that you are 18 or older, the state you live in, whether you belong to another creator network or have other accounts, how often you go LIVE, and the earnings range you report.
- Portal profile information, messages, collab posts, and support requests.
- For scouts: your signed contractor agreement, tax information (Form W-9), and payout bank details.
Information from messaging tools
If you contact us through social media direct messages, automated messaging tools we use record your answers to our application questions.
Information from TikTok
As a TikTok LIVE Creator Network, we receive performance information about creators in our network through TikTok’s tools, such as LIVE activity and earnings metrics. We use this information only to provide our network services, store it in the United States, never sell it, and delete it after you leave our network or when TikTok requires.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Sites, we collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, and the pages you visit. We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to keep you signed in and keep the Sites working.
2. How we use information
- To review applications and confirm eligibility.
- To invite, onboard, coach, and support creators in our network.
- To operate the portal, including chat, collabs, and notifications.
- To run the scout program, including attributing referrals and making payments.
- To communicate with you by email, in the portal, or through digital wallet pass notifications.
- To keep our community safe and comply with TikTok’s program rules and the law.
- To maintain and improve our services.
3. How we share information
- Service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting and database providers, email delivery, messaging automation, digital wallet passes, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- TikTok, as needed to operate within its Creator Network program, for example when we invite you to our network.
- Legal and safety purposes, when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers, if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized.
Scouts do not receive creators’ TikTok performance information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
4. Embedded TikTok content
Parts of the Sites may show TikTok LIVE streams through TikTok’s official embedded player. TikTok may collect information through that player under its own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep information
- If you apply and do not join our network, we delete your application information within about 60 days.
- If you leave our network, we delete your portal profile and TikTok performance information, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or contract reasons.
- Scout tax and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
6. Security
We use safeguards such as encryption of payout details, role-based access controls, and access logging. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Where information is stored
We store and process personal information in the United States.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential emails, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
9. Age requirement
Our services are only for people 18 and older. If we learn we collected information from someone under 18, we delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
